Sebastian arrived in Durango, sight unseen, back in 1989 to complete his college education at Fort Lewis College. Like many Durangoans, he has attempted to move away, but the Southwest's charm and wonderful people seem to have a firm hold on his heart. While in Durango he has worked mainly in the service industry and has also managed and opened several successful businesses here in town. Following graduation from FLC, he decided to make the move into the real estate business.
